Lycamobile Handset Returns Policy
If you have changed your mind and want to return your phone you can only do so returned if the seal on the phone box has not been broken and only with a 14 day period from the date of delivery. Once the seal has been broken, Lycamobile cannot accept any handset returns unless the handset was deemed ‘dead’ on arrival or is faulty and is within 14 days of Delivery. If outside that period and still within the manufacturer’s warranty period you will need to send it directly to the manufacture for replacement / repair.

Returning your Handset:

To arrange your return, please email our Customer Services Support Team on eshopreturns@lycamobile.co.uk.

Where we have agreed to process a return from you we will provide you with a Returns Management Acknowledgement label (RMA). It would then be your responsibility to pack and post the device along with all the accessories, parts, instructions and where applicable the SIM card. Please ensure this RMA label is clearly visible on the packaging. If anything is damaged or missing, you may be charge for these in line with the appropriate charges.

Refunds:

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Any refund due will be credited to the original card of purchase within 5 – 10 working days. It may take your card issuer additional 3-5 working days for your balance to update.
